  • Cash management, payment processing and payment posting (back into client EPM).
  • Comprehensive compliance & audit: We adhere to a rigorous Corporate Compliance Program spelled out in a very detailed Corporate Compliance Plan. This document serves as an internal safeguard, ensuring that each function of the billing and collection process complies with all federal and state regulations, as well as private payor policies and guidelines.
  • Mass personalized cross-channel patient communications (welcome call, phone, SMS & email): We enable physicians & hospitals to engage their patients in positive, interactive communication that emulates and achieves the type of result found only in person-to-person dialogue.   • Personalized patient web portals: Patients have the ability to completely manage their patient pay accounts online (pay online, view statements, submit insurance information, streamline communication, etc.).
  • Provider administrative portal: View all aspects of your patient-pay revenue cycle operations from the convenience of a browser (view all patient accounts, discovered insurance information, etc.).
  • Operate a world-class multi-lingual call center from 8 a.m EST to 12 am EST M-F and from 9 a.m. EST to 2 p.m. EST on Saturday.  Our call center is located in Grand Rapids, MI.
