Vision

MedDirect was founded in 2000 with one mission - to serve healthcare providers.  And while a lot has changed in the last ten years, one thing has remained: our firm belief that the rise of the individual patient will continue, and that this phenomenon, over time, will fundamentally shape the future of healthcare.  As a result, everything we do at MedDirect is centered on this principle. 

Furthermore, we believe in the concept of the “patient lifecycle”, which begins well before the first clinical interaction and extends beyond wellness.  A critical component of this is our commitment to the patient experience, or what we call our “patients first” approach.  Every step along the way we strive to provide outstanding and compassionate service to our clients' patients.  This requires service that addresses every aspect of a patient’s pre- and post-clinical encounter and underscores the value and commitment we have for providing world-class personalized communication and comprehensive patient education.

Our innovative approach has allowed us to grow significantly.  We now serve physician offices and hospitals in 50 states.  Our mission is to become the largest and best-managed patient service company in the country.  Along the way, we commit to providing our clients with superior service and value.  We accomplish this through a culture that fosters creativity, progressive management, continuous improvement and a passion for understanding our customers and proactively responding to their needs.
