MedDirect has two core offerings but a singular focus, the patient.

Patient Revenue Cycle Services

MedDirect provides outsourced patient revenue cycle services to hospitals and physician groups. We operate under the Meddirect name or, in many cases, on a white label basis. Our clients, now in 50 states, are hospitals, physican groups, management companies and billing organizations. We work with nearly every specialty, office-based and non office-based, and in both good and challenging zip codes. We manage all aspects of the retail revenue cycle: billing all patient responsibility balances (true self-pay and balance-after-insurance), statement management, cash management (including posting back into our client's practice management systems), payment processing, compliance, the most advanced cross-channel personalized communications available (phone, SMS & email), reporting & metrics and patient portals.  We staff an advanced bilingual call center from 8 a.m. EST to 10 p.m. EST M-F and from 9 a.m. EST to 2 p.m. EST on Saturday. We work with all the major practice management software systems and dozens of other propietary solutions.
